Andres Cardenas

I'm a full-stack engineer based in Barcelona. I've been at it for a bit over ten years—mostly web work, with stretches in agency delivery, ecommerce, and research tooling (including a few years at CERN on CMS software).

Technically I spend a lot of time in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Node, and I've shipped plenty of Python (Flask/Django), PHP (Laravel), and whatever else the project needed. Lately that often means tech lead work: architecture calls, breaking work into sensible chunks, code review, and helping keep releases boring.

I prefer straightforward communication, small changes that are easy to review, and systems you can reason about when something breaks at an inconvenient hour.

Outside client work I sometimes poke at small UI details; if Labs is enabled in the nav, that's where those experiments live.
